Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management. Our purpose is to safeguard company assets and produce timely, accurate, actionable financial information - while participating in the design and implementation of new systems, creating efficiencies, and developing strategies for executing across the Wireless buildout business.
Prepare entries to accounts (GL and Subledger) documenting business transactions
* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Develop solutions to capture financial data for unique business transactions
* Perform ad-hoc analysis on Wireless buildout costs, and other initiatives as assigned
* Prepare financial results and reports (monthly and quarterly) for leadership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree a plus (Finance and related fields may be considered)
* 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced accounting environment, preferably in a technology business
A working knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, procedures, and standards (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
* Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations and ability to synthesize data into concise analysis
* Intellectual curiosity, outstanding problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to seek, organize, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
* Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials or equivalent)
