**Job Description:**
- Work primarily in home health, providing comprehensive care to patients in their own homes.
- Manage a patient load based on productivity, typically handling about 5 visits per day.
- Conduct patient admissions, which are usually equivalent to two standard visits.
- Utilize the Netsmart EMR system for documentation and patient records.
- No charge nurse or nurse aides needed in this role.
- Weekend work required every third weekend, with an option to take a day off during the week before or after.
- Participate in the holiday rotation schedule.
- Wear scrubs of any color.
- Floor-specific orientation lasts 1.5 to 2 weeks.
- Care for patients requiring infusions, IV antibiotics, TPN, central lines, PICC lines, and perform blood draws.
- Be available for on-call duties 2-4 times per month, typically from 5 pm to 8 am.
- Conduct pediatric infusions as needed, with pediatric cases referred to the ER for evaluation.
- Patient population is primarily non-pediatric.
- Ability to adapt to a cancellation policy where shifts may be canceled up to three times per contract.
- Flexible hours generally between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
