Shift: Days, 7:30a-5p, 10x4, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Call Requirement: , M-Fr; 24 hours Sat and Sun
Weekend Requirement: The call rotation is 1:5, i.e. every fifth day, this is every 5th weekend (Sat and Sun), and various days throughout the week

  • NC License
  • 2 years Critical care experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Conscious Sedation, Vents skills
  • PALS preferred

JOB DETAILS:Ratios: confirmingShift: 10 HR Weekdays. 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 17:00). PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Acute inpatient population, ED emergent population, and out patient routine procedures; bleeds, cancer, end of life, fibroids, vascular disease, urological comorbidities, failure to thrive.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Interventional Body procedures: port, pluerx, gastrostomy tube, nephrostomy tube placements; embolization's for bleeding, fibroids, and chemo; liver cancer treatment/SIRT;
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Monitoring, capnography
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
SCHEDULING TYPE: Self and template
UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 Based on experience
SCRUBS: Provided
