Utilize your in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to drive multiple complex projects and initiatives, while serving as a primary decision maker for your teams and be a driver of innovation and solution delivery.You will need to have a high degree of empathy toward customers (developers in this case) and their challenges, understand their core use cases / business deliverables and help them accelerate the implementation of quality products and features that meet their end-user requirements.  You will work in a highly technical and hands-on role and at times you will act as a technical advisor to customers. You will build and nurture long term relationships with our customer base and directly impact the success of them and the firm. You must possess the tenacity and ability to work in a constantly changing large scale complex technology, have strong passion to get to the bottom of failures across multi layered dependent components and keep the customer delight as a primary focusJob responsibilitiesLeads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectivesMakes decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and proceduresCarries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operationsDelivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domainsInfluences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teamsChampions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respecManage and work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled engineers to ensure team and organization standards are followed and the team is consistently focused on continuous improvements and sustained delivery.Employ simple design and pragmatic implementation techniques to drive business value.Pair program with team members to build high-quality solutions.Be passionate about technology and constantly seek ways of learning new technology and practices Mentor junior team members to progress their technical and professional skills. Be open and actively seek learning opportunities from more senior team membersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseExperience developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologistsExperience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talentExperience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product ManagerPractical cloud native experienceExpertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.Strong communication and presentation skills along with work experience in Java and Spring BootHands on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWSStrong experience troubleshooting issues, defining and delivering objectives and key resultsStrong implementation skills with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA or MyBatis. Must be proficient in SQL preferably across multiple databases. Practical experience with Maven, Pypi, Nuget, Npm in continuous integration and deployment context  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working at code levelJFrog Artifactory experienceExposure to observability tools like Grafana, Cortex, Kibana, Dynatrace etc.OAuth, SAML
