Čemu se u nás budete věnovat:
Hlouběji porozumíte spojení mechaniky/mechatroniky a elektronového mikroskopu, předchozí znalost mikroskopů není nutná. Budete se podílet na projektech, které přináší zlepšení v oblasti mechanických či mechatronických modulů. Dále i podporovat výrobu při řešení komplexních technických problémů včetně dodavatelské kvality, při návrhu a realizaci nových testovacích přípravků, apod. S výrobou či vývojem budete diskutovat, jak věci dělat správně a zároveň jim naslouchat a pomáhat jim řešit problémy s kvalitou, funkčností, spolehlivostí, apod. Budete pracovat v týmu lidí různých profesí (inženýring, vývoj, výroba, servis, logistika, atd.), kde každý přispívá tím, co umí a budete mít možnost rozvíjet se v komunikačních dovednostech a v angličtině.
Koho hledáme?
Pozice je vhodná jak pro absolventa, tak pro člověka s mnohaletou zkušeností v oboru. Podle příchozích zkušeností bude i nastaven plán úvodního zaškolení a následná skladba konkrétních úkolů/projektů. Vzdělání SŠ/VŠ strojní. Pro uplatnění SŠ s maturitou: předchozí praxe pěti a více let ve strojírenských oborech a zároveň s prokázanou zkušeností v některé z následujících oblastí: návrh mechanických či elektromechanických modulů a přípravků, projektové řízení, definování požadavků pro vyrobitelnost a servisovatelnost, FMEA, apod. Dobrý obecně technický přehled, schopnost řešit věci samostatně i v týmu. Komunikačně zdatný kandidát s chutí se v komunikaci i dále rozvíjet. Optimistu se smyslem pro humor. Anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni.
