- Surgical gyne: Open, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor only: Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chronal Tubation
- Operative/Major (includes diagnostic): Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs
