**Job Description:**

- Join a distinguished health facility known for its commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
- Work within a 24-bed Oncology/Women’s Surgical Unit.
- Collaborate with a team comprising 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 HUC during day shifts and similar staffing during night shifts.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 to ensure quality care.
- Utilize standard unit equipment and Cerner for electronic medical records.
- Perform typical procedures, including occasional pelvic exams, echo, and thoracentesis.
- Adapt to floating to other medical-surgical units, though floating is rare.
- Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Work in navy, white, or a combination of both colors (for RNs) and galaxy blue (for CNAs).
- Must be a team player with a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.
- Commit to working 6 weekend days per schedule, with rare on-call requirements.
