Leidos-QTC Health Services* has a Registered Nurse (RN) opening for an experienced RN to join our team supporting the Occupational Health services for an Intelligence Community customer located in Mclean and Chantilly, Virginia. * this role will be be employed under "Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation" Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret/SCA clearance with polygraph. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Occupational Health RN: * Assist medical staff in processing for transactional tasks to include, but not limited to, screenings, vaccinations/immunizations and patient triage. * Administer various medical tests as required such as: * PFT * Audiology * Vision * Vital Signs * Some duties may include medical transcriptions * Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation * Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives * Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team members Competencies: * Familiarity with working in Occupational Health * Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate charts * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Detail-Oriented Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses): * Bachelor's Degree in nursing required * Active Registered Nurse License to work in Virginia * Must have 5+ years of experience as an RN * Must have experience working in Occupational Health setting * Must be able to obtain governmental security clearance of Top Secret/ FS Polygraph * Must be US Citizen Pay and Benefits: Pay Range: $51-$57/hr + quarterly bonus eligibility. Other benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision insurance 401K with company match PTO Paid Holidays * The Leidos QTC Health Services pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to): geographic location, responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. This role may fall under the Service Contract Act (SCA), a federal law which provides for a U.S. Department of Labor-prescribed minimum prevailing rate of pay and certain benefit levels.
