We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves working in various settings, including clinics and home community care, with a focus on pediatrics, geriatrics, and orthopedics.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients‘ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients‘ mobility and function.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and injury prevention.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
*Experience*
* Proven knowledge in physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and systems relevant to physical therapy.
* Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and home community care practices is preferred.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Ability to create detailed care plans that address individual patient needs.
