Job Details
  • Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and trustees in complex bankruptcy proceedings
  • Manage cases in federal bankruptcy courts across various jurisdictions
  • Draft, review, and argue motions, briefs, and other legal filings
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Looking For
  • Previous experience in Big Law (AM 100/200) or prominent regional firm
  • J.D. and licensed to practice in applicable state
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on bankruptcy and restructuring
  • Experience or strong background in bankruptcy litigation and court proceedings
  • Strong background in Chapter 11 reorganizations and creditor/debtor representation
