Senior Accountant's Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CPA track will be highly preferred as well as given priority for the role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Range depending upon experience between $75,000 and $90,000 per year.
