Why This Role?
- Short-Term Commitment: Perfect for gaining corporate experience within just one month.
- Lucrative Overtime: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate during overtime, including weekends like December 14–15 and December 21–22.
- Prime Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with flexibility for overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and convert reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure the accurate execution of all required reports.
- Collaborate with the Inventory & Planning teams to execute and validate information.
- Partner with the Vendor Relations team to adjust vendor timelines and address requests as needed.
- Communicate and implement surcharge changes during holiday periods.
- Manage daily responsibilities while addressing urgent, time-sensitive requests.
- Coordinate data from multiple sources and verify data integrity.
- Complete tasks quickly and accurately while meeting departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems proactively under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
