The Clinical Nurse III in the Hematology/Oncology department is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive patient care during their hospital stay and transition to discharge. This role involves leading a caregiving team to ensure that patients receive competent and compassionate care across various settings, including inpatient and outpatient services. The nurse will manage and direct patient needs while collaborating with hospital staff and referring facilities to provide high-quality healthcare.

patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the
inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Salary Range: $36.73 - $60.93
The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
