This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.  The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.  Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.A reasonable salary range is:Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area)    $140,000.00Mid Base Salary (Bay Area)    $189,000.00Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area)    $238,000.00Responsibilities:Supervise a team of 4-6 project engineers and 6-8 engineering designersProvide open and honest communication of company objectives and initiatives. Foster teamwork, innovation, and embrace new approaches to accomplish our work more efficiently and effectively. Promote accountability and drive employee satisfaction through employee engagement, recognition and coaching. Actively recruit to fill vacancies and administer the ESC labor contract.Actively promote safe practices and conduct in accordance with the Corporate Safety policy.  Ensure a safe work environment and manage overall safety for the group. Review safety topics at regular group meetings and complete all mandated safety training on time. QualificationsMinimum:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering5 years’ experience in project engineering/project management or design of civil discipline projects
