Underwriter Responsibilities:Generate new business of approximately $1.2M annually and manage a $3M-5M renewal bookMeet or exceed financial goals including rate, growth, profit, retention, and new businessBuild and maintain successful producer relationships to achieve retention and new business developmentMeet with brokers and customers, individually or as part of a Chubb team, to make sales presentations and present on marketplace conditions & Chubb capabilities Utilize agency travel to build a robust prospect pipelineCollaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, marketing, and home office leadership as necessaryWork in a team environment with other Underwriters and Underwriting Associates

The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
