Location: Columbiana, OH
Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday, with a $1.50 shift differential).
• Possible overtime and occasional Saturday work.

• Starting Pay: $14.50/hour
• Pay Increase: $15.00/hour at six months based on production rate.

• Perform manual assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate powered forming machines and ensure production standards are met.
• Use single and multi-spindle manual and automatic drilling/tapping machines.
• Replace drills and taps as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Safely pack finished products for shipment.
• Regularly lift up to 40 pounds as part of job duties.

• Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines.
