Qualifications On An Average Day You Will: * Create and initiate care plans through assessing the history of current and previous illnesses * Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs * Care for patients by providing initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs * Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician * Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate * Record symptom management changes and outcomes * Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition and care given * And additional duties as assigned Qualifications: * An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families * An RN license in good standing * 1 year of experience in hospice or home health preferred * A valid driver's license * Current CPR certification * Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills * And additional related duties as needed We Got the Perks: * Tuition Reimbursement * PTO and Paid Holidays * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more * HSA & 401(k) available * Mileage Reimbursement for applicable positions * Advanced training programs * Passionate company culture committed to the highest standard of care in the hospice industry Join a Team that embraces the reverence of life Bristol Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify.
