Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry Specialist's primary responsibility will be data entry related to a system conversion
  • Data Entry Specialist will be reviewing old information in Solomon and inputting into Sage Intacct
  • Data Entry Specialist will set up employees', users, and vendors in Sage - approximately 1000 entries (including employees and members)

Requirements:

  • 0-2+ years of experience
  • Data Entry Specialist should have high school diploma. Candidate with some college experience or recent grads are welcome to apply
  • Previous Sage Intacct experience is a plus
  • Data Entry Specialist must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required for Data Entry Specialist role
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus)
