**Job Title:** CT Technologist

**Shift:** Variable shifts, rotating days, evenings, nights, and weekends; potential for overnight call

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Knowledge of CT Scanners, Cross Sectional Anatomy and Physiology, 3D Post Processing for Ortho, Vascular, Cardiac, and Neuro; experience preferred

**License:** Licensed by the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board; completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program

**Certifications:** Current CPR certification, ARRT Board Certified in CT

**Must-Have:** Proficiency with Siemens equipment, CT Boarded

**Job Description:**
- Perform diagnostic computed tomography (CT) scan images.
- Produce quality CT exam images and exercise professional judgment in procedure performance.
- Provide patient care and initiate life support measures as necessary.
- Interact effectively with patients, physicians, family members, department staff, and healthcare workers.
- Operate CT equipment to produce quality scans and perform related procedures and protocols.
- Learn and utilize new technology efficiently.
- Professionally obtain information from patients to improve personalized treatment and care.
- Develop an understanding of the patient's physical and emotional status.
- Work effectively with all age groups.
- Participate in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform CT-related tasks and be aware of general CT protocols.
- Utilize Toshiba Aquilion One, Siemens Definition Edge, Vital Fx Workstation, Tera Recon, SyngoVia for imaging hospital and clinic patients.
- Use EPIC/Radiant for electronic medical records and McKesson for PACS.
- Participate in a 2-week orientation program.
- Adhere to the facility's training and orientation requirements.
