Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

License: Arizona State License in Radiology (R)

Certifications:
- ARRT Certification in Radiology ARRT (R)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Must-Have:
- Successful completion of radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology
- Expertise to operate teleradiology and fax equipment

Job Description:
- Responsible for the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment and the processing of radiographic images
- Provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis in various medical fields including Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT)
- Ensure fingerprinting is submitted and cleared prior to the start
- Orientation is provided every two weeks
- Housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to the start date
- Holiday coverage is required
- COVID-19 exemptions limited to medical exemptions with approval from a medical review board
