We consider our team like a family, not just co-workers.Form meaningful relationships with residents and their families/support systems.Live theAvera missionthrough your daily workJob SummaryProvides direct, professional nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, for the long-term care resident according to established standards, policies, procedures, licensure and scope of practice.Education and/or ExperienceOne-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.Licensure/Certification/RegistrationCurrent Licensure as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.Work ScheduleDay/Night Shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am; 48 hours every 2 weeksEvery third weekendEvery third holidayPayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
