Clinical Director of Nursing

Our client is seeking an exceptional Clinical Director of Nursing RN to join their growing ambulatory surgery center in the New York area. If you would like to join a growing company and leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to improve the quality of patient care, apply today.
Clinical Director of Nursing Compensation and Benefits:
- $120K–$140K base, plus bonus potential
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
- PTO, 7 holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule
Clinical Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- RN with a Bachelor's in Nursing and an active NY Nursing License
- 3 plus years of supervisory experience
- Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
Clinical Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities:
- Key resource to the Administrator, surgeons, clinical team, other personnel and vendors
- Ensure excellent patient experience and quality clinical outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
