School Paraprofessionals Needed for 24/25 School Year

• Location: Rossville, Ga | Ridgeland High School
• Dates: ASAP - May 23rd, 2025
• Caseload: Position is an assistant position within a EBD (Emotional/ Behavioral Disorder) Program within the high school that serves students in varying grades (9th -12th) for needs related to their behavior while also addressing academics
• This individual would be the only paraprofessional in the class with the teacher

We are looking for passionate and experienced Paraprofessionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of classroom management and experience working with elementary school students. School experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities
• Work with small groups and individual students to support their learning and development
• Supervise students during play and other activities
• Help to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
