Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time position in a dynamic middle and high school setting.
- Setting: Onsite, providing essential speech therapy services and IEP support.
- Focus: Supporting students from middle school through high school in achieving their communication goals.
- Hours: Standard school day hours, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each students progress.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide engaging one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
- Experience in school settings preferred, but CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome.
- Ability to connect effectively with diverse student populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to advancing students' speech and language development.
