Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) (School-Based Role) With Benefits- Anoka, MN Area

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving communication.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective strategies and techniques for communication.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in the field through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience working with a variety of patient populations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A patient-centered and empathetic approach to therapy.
