Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee all daily operations of our energy plant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our plant operations while maintaining safety standards and achieving optimum productivity. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies that align with company objectives, promote operational efficiency, and drive growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in the energy industry and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
2. Develop and implement strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
3. Monitor production processes, making necessary improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
4. Implement quality control and preventive maintenance programs to ensure high-quality output and reliable operations.
5. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through effective performance management and employee development strategies.
6. Manage the plant budget and production metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on plant performance.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Sales to optimize operations and achieve company goals.
9. Lead and support various projects aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and performance.
10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the plant.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role in the energy industry.
3. Proven experience in managing all aspects of a high-producing manufacturing plant.
4. Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in the energy sector.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
6. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to achieve plant objectives.
8. Proficient in using modern manufacturing and information systems.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
10. Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar will be a plus.
