RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity in Winamac, Indiana. If you have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a hospital setting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and effective medication management for hospital inpatients.
  • Review physician orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient medication records.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Shift:

  • Per client: 30 hours/week
  • Weekend rotation required

Requirements:

  • IN Pharmacist license
  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
  • New grads welcomed
