ProCare Therapy invites certified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Pennsylvania to apply for two full-time remote roles, supporting elementary and autism-focused K-12 students for the 2024-2025 school year. Join a dynamic remote team, work with a manageable caseload, and help students succeed in speech and language development.

Role Overview:

  • Elementary-focused caseload in one position, primarily autism-focused middle and high school caseload in the other
  • Remote schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
  • Pay rate ranges in the mid 50s

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide therapy to approximately 25 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Engage with school staff and families to ensure a collaborative approach

Requirements:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
  • Must reside in Pennsylvania
  • Experience with K-12 students preferred
