Immediate opening for Housing Specialist for our Danbury client. Work 4 days – Mondays – Thursdays – 35 hr work week - 25hr

Housing Specialist duties will include:

  • Maintain resident files, coordinate move-in/move-out

  • Support residents needs and coordinate any maintenance issues

  • Coordinate unit inspections as needed

  • Manage process for delinquent accounts, poste charges/credits

  • Monitor and manage vacant units by coordinating with admissions & maintenance

  • Occasionally meet with residents regarding issues or concerns

Housing Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • 2+ yrs experience in administrative/office role – Property exp a strong plus

  • MS Word and Excel

  • Ability to prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work independently to deadlines

  • Pleasant personality and patience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Hours will be 7:45am 5:30pm, Monday – Thursdays – 35 hour work week

Pay rate - 25 hr

Pay Details: 25.00 per hour
