Pay Range: $92,000 - $95,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Are you an experienced accounting professional with strong Excel skills and leadership experience? We are seeking a Supplier AR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in managing all aspects of supplier accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and driving process improvements.

What You’ll Do:
Oversee Financial Processes: Manage monthly supplier commission revenue, journal entries, and supplier billback invoices.
Lead and Support Your Team: Supervise staff responsible for accounts receivable processing, payments, and collections.
Streamline Reimbursements: Process employee expenses and incentive reimbursements, submitting them to payroll.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee multi-state expense allocations and handle month-end close activities.
Analyze and Report: Perform account analysis, establish new accounts, and prepare financial and statistical reports.
Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
Extensive Experience: 8-10 years in accounting roles and 3-4 years in a management position.
Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
