Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each students unique needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Monitor student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to maximize outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to help set realistic and achievable goals for students

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Maryland SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus, though not required
