As a Project Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in producing comprehensive zoning reports by leveraging collected data and understanding municipal zoning regulations for commercial properties. You will collaborate closely with Client Managers and Information Specialists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports. This position requires a proactive approach in gathering, organizing, and applying critical information, contributing to the overall success of the project. Please note this role is 100% onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Verify Zoning Regulations: Conduct in-depth research to ensure all zoning codes and regulations are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Collection and Organization: Efficiently gather and structure relevant data and documentation to create precise reports.
  • Apply Zoning Codes: Analyze zoning information and determine property conformance, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Client Support: Partner with Client Managers to address and resolve client inquiries, providing expert guidance on zoning issues.
  • Database Management: Regularly update and maintain all relevant zoning information in the database to support ongoing projects and future references.

Who You Are:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred: Two or more years of professional experience in roles requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making

Experience

  • Strong familiarity with zoning regulations at the local or state level
  • Experience in the title or real estate industry is highly beneficial

• Knowledge of shipping functions, coordinating the sending and receiving of packages.

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required.
