Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a data entry project involving the input of historical data into our case management system.

• Maintain an organized file management system.

• Handle filing tasks and manage legal files.

• Work with sensitive and confidential information, ensuring appropriate discretion is always maintained.

• Receive training on our file management system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Use legal knowledge and computer databases to carry out tasks effectively.

• Engage in legal research when necessary and provide court filing and e-filing support.

• Create reports based on data and findings.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Applicant must possess a comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology and principles

• Proficiency in utilizing computer databases to organize, store, and retrieve data is essential

• Familiarity with court filings and e-filings

• Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis

• Experience in handling and organizing legal files systematically

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Should be proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
