Sunbelt staffing is partnered with a school district near Birmingham, AL to hire a qualified and experienced school BCBA for our full time job. This position is for upcoming 23-24 school year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and in collaboration with the student's educational team.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' behavior goals and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' behavior and learning needs using a variety of assessment tools and methods.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BCBA certification REQUIRED
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
