Responsibilities:
• Evaluate loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Perform credit checks and verify the financial status of borrowers to ascertain loan eligibility
• Analyze and assess potential risks associated with loans
• Ensure all loan processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes that could impact the loan review process
• Act as a liaison between borrowers and loan officers to facilitate the loan process
• Utilize loan system software: Encompass for efficient management
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Proficiency in Automated Underwriting System
• Experience with Calyx and Calyx Point
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Proven track record in Data Processing
• Knowledge in About Time software
• Expertise in handling Appraisals
• Understanding of Closing Processes
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Strong focus on Compliance
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field preferred
