Position: Quality Assurance Lab Buy-Off Technician
Location: Lodi, CA
Pay: $22 - $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Lab Buy-Off Technician, you'll be responsible for the inspection and testing of injection-molded parts, including micro-tubes, tips, and PCR plates. You’ll work closely with production teams to uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect production across Molding and Secondary Operations, with the authority to accept or reject goods and production processes.
• Perform first-run inspections and communicate results to setup teams to ensure compliance.
• Conduct periodic in-process inspections for Molding and Secondary Operations.
• Dimensionally and visually inspect parts and assemblies for adherence to customer requirements using a variety of inspection tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience in FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP/GLP regulations required
• Proficient in the safe use of lab equipment (centrifuge, balances, pipettes, robotic devices, etc.)
• Plus: Experience with PCR thermal cycling and wet lab work
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with FileMaker Pro
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods
