Job Title: School Special Education Teacher
Location: Illinois
Employment Type: W2 Contracted Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Illinois for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working with students who have diverse learning needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with staff to support each students academic and social-emotional growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in special education, a commitment to inclusion, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on students lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as necessary
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Illinois Special Education teaching certification
  • Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Details:
