Make a Positive Impact: Registered Behavior Technician (1:1) - Centerdale, RI (Soliant Education)

Are you a dedicated and passionate individual with a passion for helping students? Do you thrive in a one-on-one setting and enjoy creating positive change? Soliant Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Centerdale, RI

This is an ASAP interview opportunity for the 24/25 school year In this full-time, in-person role, you will play a crucial role in supporting a student with behavioral needs in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed specifically for one student.
  • Provide direct support to the student using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques to promote positive behavior and academic success.
  • Collaborate closely with the teacher, BCBA, and family to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress, making adjustments to the BIP as needed.
  • Develop and modify instructional materials to integrate with behavioral goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for the student.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children in a one-on-one setting is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Strong munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a mitment to student success.
