Job Description

Seeking dedicated Warehouse employees who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within a warehouse, including managing inventory levels, scheduling shipments and receiving, assigning tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining proper storage practices, and upholding safety protocols, all while optimizing overall warehouse efficiency and productivity. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders 
    • Accurately storing and organizing inventory in designated areas 
    • Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records 
    • Identifying and addressing inventory discrepancies 
    • Managing stock levels and reordering inventory as needed 
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Processing customer orders and picking items from inventory 
    • Packaging orders according to specifications 
    • Generating shipping labels and documentation 
    • Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely delivery
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generating reports on inventory levels, shipping metrics, and warehouse performance 
    • Analyzing data to identify trends and potential issues 
    • Providing insights to management to improve warehouse operations 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
