Facility Maintenance Technician Needed (Weekly Pay)
1st shift 6a-2:30pm (Tue-Sat)
$20-24hr
Opportunity to work onsite at advanced manufacturing facility in Greer,SC. Will Join a taleted team of technicians to maintain facilities and grounds.
Description:
- Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
- Conduct concrete repairs both interior and exterior
- Wide variety of mechanical repairs
- Perform PM's on a variety of equipment
- Assist operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs.
- Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested
- Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts; report on as-found conditions.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
- Recognize danger and safety hazards; propose methods to eliminate them.
- Perform Other task as needed
