Responsibilities
• Contribute to the recording of overhead charges to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with the distribution of cost allocations across the division
• Handle equipment billings to maintain financial accuracy
• Execute reclass journal entries as part of the general ledger management
• Aid in the creation and management of accruals to ensure timely financial reporting
• Conduct AFE analysis to provide insights for financial decision making
• Perform account analysis to monitor and maintain financial accuracy
• Participate in joint venture audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Undertake special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role
• Assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring all entries are accurate and deadlines are met.• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must have strong knowledge of General Ledger management and reporting.
• Should have experience in preparing and recording Journal Entries.
• Demonstrated capability in managing Month End Close processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to accounting and taxation.
• Must have a strong ethical standard and integrity.
