Position Overview:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM
As a Special Education Teacher in Mission, you will:
- Empower Students: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each students unique needs.
- Support and Engage: Foster a positive learning environment by providing direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate: Work alongside paraprofessionals and other educators to create an inclusive classroom that encourages participation from all students.
- Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and effective classroom environment through proactive management techniques.
