Pharmacist in Charge- Crandon, WI

Assignment Specifics:

  • Full time
  • 13+ weeks
  • Shift:Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
    Sat 9am to 12pm

Job Duties:

  • Communication:Communicating with medical personnel and customers, providing advice on side effects, drug interactions, and dosages
  • Claims:Overseeing all claims
  • Policies:Developing policies and procedures, and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Training:Instructing nonprofessional assistants and supervising in-service training
  • Reporting:Reporting shortages or theft of controlled substances to law enforcement, the DEA, and the appropriate division
  • Documentation:Assisting with documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms
  • Compliance:Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Drug Quality & Security Act

Requirements:

  • WI license clear and active
  • 2+ years or more of recent experience (retail preferred)
  • 2+ years or more of recent PIC experience
