Caseload: 55-60 students, ages 3-22 years
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide full-time onsite support. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a meaningful impact on their development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
- Maintain organized documentation and progress reports.
- Support students in achieving their functional and developmental goals.
Requirements:
- Active license as an OT or COTA in California.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- References that demonstrate professional presence.
