Payrate: $22.05/hr.

1st shift 6AM - 2:30PM - Need to be flexible for 5:30AM start time if needed and working overtime.

Description:

These people will be either be working in the 'Production Department' or the 'Warehouse Department'.

Warehouse:

  • Will be unloading raw materials from semi trucks (bins of vegetables, barrels, palletized products - glass, lids, labels, film).
  • Will be loading palletized finished products onto semi trucks.
  • Will be required to depalletize shipments into smaller orders. This is done manually by hand. The heavies thing they will move is 25 pounds.

Production:

  • Will be responsible for bringing raw materials from the warehouse to the production lines.
  • Will be responsible for moving finished products to the warehouse for staging/prepping to be loaded on trucks.
  • Will be responsible to help with change overs, which means they will assist hosing down the line, taking bottles on and off the line, stacking boxes by hand. Anything to be all hands on deck to assist with change overs.
  • Must be comfortable getting of the forklift and helping clean and sweep.
  • This is not a job where you only sit on the forklift all day, you will only be successful if you can do both as it is a everyone helps type of company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have at least 2+ of experience.

Must have been on a forklift in the last 6 months.

Must have at least one year of experience on a sit down forklift recently.

Must have spent at least half of their day (4 hours) on a forklift.
