About Us:
Soliant Education is dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with schools in need. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team for the upcoming school year in Reserve, LA.

Position Overview:
As an Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting, you will work with students to develop and enhance their fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and daily living skills. Your expertise will help students reach their full potential and thrive in the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students' needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each students needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to support student development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
