Are you ready to elevate your dental hygiene career in a collaborative, fast-paced, and professional setting? Midtown Dental Associates in Austin is looking for a motivated Full or Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with one Friday per month
  • Hours: 7:15 a.m. huddle – 4:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch
  • Compensation: $50–$55 per hour, plus daily bonus opportunities
  • Benefits (Full-Time): Health, Vision, PTO, 401K, and much more

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
