Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Location: Atlantic, Florida Area
Position: Multiple Vacancies District-Wide

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our dynamic team in Atlantic Beach, Florida. With numerous vacancies available, there are opportunities district-wide, particularly on the northwest side of town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students across various settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure prehensive care.
  • Flexibly manage assignments, which may include working in one building or splitting time between two buildings.
  • Optional assignments in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative munication) classrooms based on need.

Qualifications for SLPs:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
  • Strong munication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications for SLPAs:

  • Associate degree or Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Valid State licensure in Florida
  • Preferably some experience in a school setting.
  • Flexibility with assignments and locations.
  • Strong munication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
