• Responding promptly and effectively to incoming support tickets

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and implementing them into the work environment when appropriate.• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is necessary.
• Knowledge of Mac Computers is mandatory.
• Expertise in Microsoft software and systems is essential.
• Experience with Active Directory is needed.
• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is required.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is necessary.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit industry is preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address technical issues.
