Gojob is hiring Warehouse Clerks for a global logistics warehouse located in Southaven, MI. You will be responsible for working in the warehouse intercepting, processing, and keying orders into our system. As the primary contact for our internal departments and external customers, you must have an outgoing, professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for quickly solving problems with satisfactory solutions.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:30pm - 12am
• Weekend: Sat-Sun, 6am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Examine records and inform customers of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
• Promptly respond to emails and customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up quickly
• Compile, sort, and verify records for accuracy, file documents and reports
• Enter order into automated system, compute total cost for customer, record copy of orders received as requested
• Analyze complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation and provide the updates to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• English fluency (written and verbal)
